أصدرت لجنة الانضباط والأخلاق في الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم قرارها الرسمي بشأن الاحتجاج الذي تقدم به نادي الاتحاد ضد مشاركة لاعب نادي النصر عبدالله الحمدان، على خلفية المواجهة التي جمعت الفريقين ضمن منافسات دوري روشن السعودي بتاريخ 6 فبراير 2026.
وجاء القرار الصادر برقم (273/ل ض/2026) وتاريخ 16 فبراير 2026، بعد أن تقدمت إدارة نادي الاتحاد باحتجاج رسمي بداعي عدم نظامية مشاركة لاعب النصر في المباراة، مطالبةً بمراجعة وضعه القانوني ومدى مطابقته للوائح المعتمدة.
وأوضحت اللجنة في حيثيات القرار أنها استكملت جميع الإجراءات الشكلية المنصوص عليها في اللائحة، وقامت بمخاطبة نادي النصر ولجنة الاحتراف وأوضاع اللاعبين بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، للاطلاع على المستندات والردود الرسمية المتعلقة بموضوع الاحتجاج، ودراسة الجوانب النظامية المرتبطة بالقضية كافة، قبل إصدار الحكم النهائي.
وبعد دراسة ملف القضية والدفوع المقدمة من جميع الأطراف، قررت اللجنة ما يلي:
• أولاً: قبول الاحتجاج من الناحية الشكلية، لتقديمه وفق الضوابط والإجراءات المحددة.
• ثانياً: رفض الاحتجاج من الناحية الموضوعية، لعدم ثبوت وجود مخالفة تتعلق بمشاركة اللاعب.
• ثالثاً: مصادرة رسم الاحتجاج لمصلحة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وفقاً لما تنص عليه الأنظمة في حال رفض الاحتجاج موضوعياً.
• رابعاً: القرار قابل للاستئناف استناداً إلى المادة (144) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق.
وبذلك تُعتمد نتيجة المباراة كما انتهت في أرض الملعب، مع منح نادي الاتحاد الحق في التقدم باستئناف خلال المدة النظامية المحددة في اللوائح.
الجدير بالذكر أن عبدالله الحمدان كان قد انتقل إلى صفوف نادي النصر قادماً من نادي الهلال خلال فترة الانتقالات الأخيرة، وتُعد مواجهة النصر أمام الاتحاد هي الظهور الأول للاعب بقميص النصر في المسابقات الرسمية، ما أضفى مزيداً من الاهتمام على مشاركته في اللقاء، وكانت محور الاحتجاج المقدم من إدارة نادي الاتحاد.
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation issued its official decision regarding the protest submitted by Al-Ittihad Club against the participation of Al-Nassr player Abdullah Al-Hamdan, following the match between the two teams in the Roshen Saudi League on February 6, 2026.
The decision, issued under number (273/L D/2026) and dated February 16, 2026, came after the management of Al-Ittihad Club submitted an official protest claiming the irregularity of the participation of the Al-Nassr player in the match, requesting a review of his legal status and its compliance with the approved regulations.
The committee clarified in the decision’s rationale that it completed all formal procedures stipulated in the regulations and communicated with Al-Nassr Club and the Professional and Player Status Committee of the Saudi Football Federation to review the documents and official responses related to the protest, and to study all regulatory aspects related to the case before issuing the final ruling.
After studying the case file and the defenses presented by all parties, the committee decided as follows:
• First: Accept the protest from a formal standpoint, as it was submitted according to the specified controls and procedures.
• Second: Reject the protest from a substantive standpoint, as there was no evidence of a violation related to the player’s participation.
• Third: Confiscate the protest fee in favor of the Saudi Football Federation, in accordance with the regulations in case the protest is rejected substantively.
• Fourth: The decision is subject to appeal based on Article (144) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations.
Thus, the result of the match is confirmed as it ended on the field, granting Al-Ittihad Club the right to file an appeal within the statutory period specified in the regulations.
It is worth noting that Abdullah Al-Hamdan had transferred to Al-Nassr Club from Al-Hilal during the recent transfer period, and the match against Al-Ittihad marked the player’s first appearance in official competitions wearing the Al-Nassr jersey, which added more interest to his participation in the match and was the focus of the protest submitted by Al-Ittihad Club’s management.
