قدّم مدرب الفتح، السعودي خالد العطوي، اعتذاره لجماهير النادي، عقب خسارة فريقه أمام العلا بثلاثة أهداف دون مقابل، في المواجهة التي جمعتهما على ملعب مدينة الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بالمدينة المنورة، ضمن منافسات دور الـ32 من بطولة كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين للموسم الرياضي 2026-2027.
وقال العطوي عبر حسابه الشخصي في منصة «إكس»: «كان الطموح أعلى والهدف أسمى، لكن قدر الله وما شاء فعل، وأعلم أن الاعتذار وحده لا يكفي».
ووعد مدرب الفتح بتقديم مستويات أفضل خلال المرحلة المقبلة، مطالبًا الجماهير بمساندة الفريق ودعمه في مباراته المقبلة يوم السبت، مؤكدًا أن الفريق بحاجة إلى وقفتهم لتحقيق النتائج التي ترضيهم.
