كشفت الفنانة اللبنانية مايا نصري سبب زيادة وزنها خلال الفترة الماضية، موضحة أن مرورها بظروف خاصة وتناولها بعض الأدوية أثرا على وزنها، ما دفعها إلى بدء رحلة جديدة لاستعادة رشاقتها والعودة إلى شكلها السابق.
نظام غذائي جديد
وتحدثت مايا في تصريحات تلفزيونية عن النظام الذي تتبعه حالياً، مشيرة إلى أنها أصبحت أكثر اهتماماً بكميات الطعام ونوعية الوجبات مع التركيز على الأطعمة الصحية، مؤكدة رغبتها في استعادة لياقتها والعودة إلى وزنها المعتاد.
علاج مقاومة الإنسولين
وأوضحت الفنانة اللبنانية أن الفحوصات كشفت ارتفاع مقاومة الإنسولين لديها، ولذلك تتلقى علاجاً مخصصاً لهذه المشكلة وليس بهدف إنقاص الوزن، معربة عن أملها في التوقف عن العلاج والحقن بمجرد تحسن حالتها، خصوصاً أنها لا تفضل الاعتماد على الأدوية.
شخصية مختلفة على المسرح
وبشأن حفلها الأخير في لبنان، فقد شهد حضور زوجها وبناتها للمرة الأولى، موضحة أن وجودهم بين الجمهور وضعها أمام تحدٍ مختلف، خصوصاً أنها كانت حريصة على أن تظهر أمامهم بالصورة التي يتوقعونها منها.
وأشارت إلى أن الغناء ليس جزءاً من حياتها اليومية داخل المنزل حتى إن زوجها نادراً ما يسمعها وهي تغني لكنها تتحول تماماً بمجرد اعتلائها المسرح، مؤكدة أن شخصيتها الفنية تظهر بشكل مختلف أمام الجمهور.
عودة بعد غياب
عادت مايا نصري إلى الساحة الفنية بعد غياب استمر نحو 10 سنوات، مستأنفة نشاطها الغنائي من خلال مشاركتها في حفل «نوستالجيا فورها» بمدينة جدة، الذي جمع عدداً من نجوم الغناء في فترة الألفينات.

New Diet Plan
Maya spoke in television statements about the diet she is currently following, indicating that she has become more mindful of the quantities of food and the quality of meals, focusing on healthy foods. She confirmed her desire to regain her fitness and return to her usual weight.
Insulin Resistance Treatment
The Lebanese artist explained that tests revealed an increase in her insulin resistance, and therefore she is receiving treatment specifically for this issue, not for the purpose of losing weight. She expressed hope to stop the treatment and injections once her condition improves, especially since she prefers not to rely on medications.
A Different Persona on Stage
Regarding her recent concert in Lebanon, it was the first time her husband and daughters attended, explaining that their presence in the audience posed a different challenge for her, especially since she was keen to present herself in the way they expect from her.
She noted that singing is not part of her daily life at home, to the extent that her husband rarely hears her sing, but she completely transforms once she steps on stage, confirming that her artistic persona appears differently in front of the audience.
Return After Absence
Maya Nasri returned to the artistic scene after an absence of about 10 years, resuming her singing activity by participating in the “Nostalgia For Her” concert in Jeddah, which brought together several singing stars from the 2000s.
