علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها أن رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين تدرس تأجيل مواجهة الأهلي والخليج إلى يوم غد (الجمعة)، في حال تعذّر وصول بعثة فريق الخليج اليوم (الخميس)، استعداداً لخوض المباراة ضمن منافسات دوري روشن السعودي.
وأوضحت المصادر أن إقامة المباراة في موعدها المحدد ترتبط بتمكن بعثة الخليج من الوصول اليوم، إذ يُنتظر أن تتخذ الرابطة قرارها النهائي اليومبناءً على مستجدات وصول الفريق، وفي حال استمرار تعذّر وصول البعثة، فسيتم تأجيل المواجهة والإعلان عن موعد جديد لإقامتها.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار حرص رابطة المحترفين على ضمان جاهزية الفريقين، وتوفير الظروف المناسبة لإقامة المواجهة، على أن يصدر القرار الرسمي عقب اتضاح موقف بعثة الخليج.
وكان من المقرر أن يستضيف الأهلي نظيره الخليج مساء اليوم (الخميس)، عند الساعة التاسعة، على ملعب مدينة الأمير عبدالله الفيصل الرياضية بجدة، ضمن منافسات الجولة الحادية عشرة من دوري روشن السعودي.
“Okaz” learned from its sources that the Saudi Professional League Association is considering postponing the match between Al-Ahli and Al-Khaleej to tomorrow (Friday), in case the Al-Khaleej team does not arrive today (Thursday) in preparation for the match in the Roshan Saudi League.
The sources clarified that holding the match at its scheduled time depends on the Al-Khaleej team’s ability to arrive today, as the association is expected to make its final decision today based on the latest updates regarding the team’s arrival. If the team’s arrival continues to be delayed, the match will be postponed and a new date will be announced for it.
This measure comes as part of the Professional League Association’s commitment to ensure the readiness of both teams and to provide suitable conditions for holding the match, with the official decision to be issued after the situation of the Al-Khaleej team becomes clear.
It was scheduled for Al-Ahli to host Al-Khaleej this evening (Thursday) at 9 PM at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the eleventh round of the Roshan Saudi League.
