فاجأ الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم العالم بقرار تاريخي، تمثل في سحب لقب بطولة كأس أمم أفريقيا الأخيرة من البطل منتخب السنغال واعتباره خاسرا في النهائي أمام منتخب المغرب بنتيجة (3-0).
واعتمدت لجنة الاستئناف في الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم خسارة منتخب السنغال لنهائي كأس أمم إفريقيا 2025 في المغرب، وجاء القرار بعد قبول استئناف الاتحاد المغربي، وإلغاء قرار اللجنة التأديبية، مع تأكيد أن منتخب السنغال خالف لوائح البطولة وفق المادتين 82 و84.
القرارات:
• إيقاف لاعب منتخب المغرب إسماعيل صيباري مباراتين (واحدة منها مع إيقاف التنفيذ).
• إلغاء الغرامة المالية عليه (100 ألف دولار).
• تخفيض غرامة الاتحاد المغربي في قضية «جامعي الكرات» إلى 50 ألف دولار.
• تثبيت غرامة 100 ألف دولار بسبب التدخل في منطقة تقنية الفيديو (VAR).
• تخفيض غرامة «حادثة الليزر» إلى 10 آلاف دولار.
ويعتبر هذا القرار هو الأول تاريخياً في سحب بطولة قارية من منتخب بعد تحقيقها، في حادثة فريدة للاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم.
The African Football Confederation surprised the world with a historic decision, which involved stripping the title of the last Africa Cup of Nations from the champion, the Senegal national team, and declaring them the loser in the final against the Morocco national team with a score of (3-0).
The Appeals Committee of the African Football Confederation confirmed the loss of the Senegal national team in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final in Morocco. This decision came after accepting the appeal from the Moroccan federation and overturning the disciplinary committee’s ruling, confirming that the Senegal national team violated the tournament regulations according to Articles 82 and 84.
Decisions:
• Suspension of Morocco national team player Ismail Sabiri for two matches (one of which is suspended).
• Cancellation of the financial fine imposed on him ($100,000).
• Reduction of the fine on the Moroccan federation in the “ball collectors” case to $50,000.
• Confirmation of a $100,000 fine due to interference in the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) area.
• Reduction of the fine for the “laser incident” to $10,000.
This decision is historically the first to strip a national team of a continental title after winning it, marking a unique incident for the African Football Confederation.
