رحل عن عالمنا الفنان اللبناني أحمد قعبور عن عمر 70 عامًا، إثر صراع مع المرض، بعد مسيرة فنية ترك خلالها بصمة واضحة في الأغنية الوطنية والثقافية، مُؤسسًا لخط فني امتزج فيه الحس الإنساني بالقضايا المجتمعية والوطنية.
تشييع الجثمان في بيروت
أعلنت عائلته أن مراسم التشييع ستقام غدًا (الجمعة) في بيروت، حيث سينقل الجثمان من مستشفى المقاصد في منطقة الطريق الجديدة، على أن تقام صلاة الجنازة ظهرًا في مسجد الخاشقجي، ويُدفن بعدها في «جبانة الشهداء»، بحضور محبيه وأقاربه.
موعد العزاء
ستستقبل الأسرة التعازي في قاعة نادي خريجي الجامعة الأمريكية بالوردية الحمراء، من الثالثة حتى السابعة مساءً، للرجال والنساء على حد سواء.
نشأة فنية وبداية مبكرة
ولد أحمد قعبور عام 1955 في بيروت داخل عائلة فنية، حيث كان والده من أبرز عازفي الكمان في لبنان. تلقى تعليمه في معهد الفنون الجميلة بالجامعة اللبنانية وتخرج عام 1978، ما ساهم في صقل موهبته منذ سن مبكرة.
حضور إعلامي وتجارب موسيقية
شارك قعبور في برامج موسيقية عديدة مع انطلاق تلفزيون المستقبل الذي أسسه رفيق الحريري، مقدمًا أعمالًا مثل «لعيونك» و«روح شوف مستقبلك» بالتعاون مع فرقة الطرابيش.
أشهر أغانيه
ارتبط اسم قعبور بالأغنية الملتزمة، حيث قدم أعمالًا تحمل رسائل إنسانية ووطنية، أبرزها أغنيته الشهيرة «أناديكم» عام 1975، المرتبطة بالقضية الفلسطينية، إلى جانب أعمال تناولت العدالة والحرية والهوية، لتظل إرثًا فنيًا يتذكره محبوه.

Funeral in Beirut
His family announced that the funeral ceremonies will be held tomorrow (Friday) in Beirut, where the body will be transferred from the Al-Maqasid Hospital in the Al-Tariq Al-Jadidah area, with the funeral prayer taking place at noon in Al-Khashuqji Mosque, and he will be buried afterwards in the “Martyrs’ Cemetery,” in the presence of his loved ones and relatives.

The family will receive condolences at the American University of Beirut Alumni Club in the Red Rose Hall, from 3 PM to 7 PM, for both men and women.
Artistic Beginnings and Early Start
Ahmad Qabbour was born in 1955 in Beirut into an artistic family, as his father was one of the most prominent violinists in Lebanon. He received his education at the Institute of Fine Arts at the Lebanese University and graduated in 1978, which contributed to honing his talent from an early age.
Media Presence and Musical Experiences
Qabbour participated in many musical programs with the launch of Future Television, founded by Rafik Hariri, presenting works such as “For Your Eyes” and “Go See Your Future” in collaboration with the Tarabish Band.
His Most Famous Songs
Qabbour’s name is associated with committed songs, as he presented works carrying humanitarian and national messages, most notably his famous song “I Call You” in 1975, linked to the Palestinian cause, alongside works that addressed justice, freedom, and identity, leaving an artistic legacy remembered by his fans.
