في ظل التطوير المستمر لبرنامج الاستقطاب الرياضي وإطلاق مرحلته الثانية بآلية جديدة، يبرز تساؤل حول مدى انعكاس هذه التحولات على خريطة القوة في دوري «روشن». فقد أكد الرئيس التنفيذي لرابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، عمر مغربل، أن الأندية تبقى صاحبة القرار الأول في التعاقدات الفنية، مشددًا على أن دور برنامج الاستقطاب يقتصر على الدعم والتنظيم دون التدخل في اختيار اللاعبين أو المدربين.
وجاء ذلك خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الخاص ببرنامج الاستقطاب الرياضي، الذي شهد الإعلان عن إطلاق المرحلة الثانية من البرنامج بآلية مطورة تهدف إلى تعزيز التنافسية ورفع كفاءة العمل التنظيمي داخل الأندية، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات تطوير الدوري حتى عام 2030.
وأوضح مغربل أن الأندية الأربعة الكبرى الهلال والنصر والاتحاد والأهلي كانت متساوية في الدعم المالي خلال المرحلة الأولى، مؤكدًا أن أي تفاوت يُلاحظ يعود إلى مصادر دخل إضافية خارج إطار البرنامج.
وأشار إلى أن الرابطة لن تفصح عن الأرقام المالية الخاصة بالمخصصات، حفاظًا على مصالح الأندية وتعزيز قوتها التفاوضية، لافتًا في الوقت ذاته إلى أن جميع الأندية على دراية كاملة بميزانياتها المعتمدة، ولا صحة لوجود تفاوت في الدعم المقدم.
وبيّن أن المرحلة الثانية من البرنامج ترتكز على معايير واضحة وشفافة تم بناؤها وفق توجه استثماري، مع التزام الرابطة بإعلان ترتيب الأندية في هذه المعايير بنهاية كل موسم، بهدف تحفيز التنافسية وتعزيز الشفافية.
وفي جانب الانتشار الإعلامي، كشف مغربل أن الدوري السعودي يمتلك 45 عقد بث حول العالم، مع التوجه لتنويع طرق الوصول للجماهير عبر وسائل حديثة، من بينها التعاون مع منصات رقمية وصناع محتوى في عدة دول.
وأكد أن برنامج الاستقطاب مستمر حتى عام 2030، فيما تبقى مسؤولية التعاقد مع المدربين وإدارة الميزانيات بيد الأندية، ضمن إطار يمنحها استقلالية أكبر في اتخاذ قراراتها الفنية والإدارية.
وعن مستقبل بعض اللاعبين، أوضح أن استمرار يانيك كاراسكو مع الشباب يعتمد على حصة النادي من ميزانية البرنامج واحتياجاته الفنية.
وأضاف أن الدوري السعودي أصبح وجهة جاذبة للاعبين في ذروة مسيرتهم، بعد أن كان الانتقال إليه يُنظر إليه سابقًا كخيار في نهاية المشوار، مؤكدًا أن ذلك يعكس نجاح المشروع الرياضي وتطوره.
كما استعرض مغربل أبرز منجزات الأندية مؤخرًا، مشيرًا إلى تتويج الأهلي بلقب دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، وبلوغ النصر نهائي «آسيا 2»، ووصول الشباب إلى النهائي الخليجي، دلالة على تصاعد مستوى التنافسية.
وختم حديثه بالتأكيد على أن القيمة السوقية للأندية السعودية ارتفعت بأكثر من 200%، مشيرًا إلى أن الهدف الإستراتيجي يتمثل في رفع مستوى الدوري، وتعزيز العلاقة مع الجماهير، ودعم نمو الأندية على المستويين الرياضي والتجاري

In light of the continuous development of the sports recruitment program and the launch of its second phase with a new mechanism, a question arises about the extent to which these transformations will reflect on the power dynamics in the “Roshan” league. The CEO of the Saudi Professional League, Omar Maghrabi, confirmed that clubs remain the primary decision-makers in technical contracts, emphasizing that the role of the recruitment program is limited to support and organization without interfering in the selection of players or coaches.
This was stated during the press conference dedicated to the sports recruitment program, which witnessed the announcement of the launch of the second phase of the program with a developed mechanism aimed at enhancing competitiveness and improving organizational efficiency within the clubs, in line with the objectives of developing the league until 2030.
Maghrabi clarified that the four major clubs—Al Hilal, Al Nassr, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli—received equal financial support during the first phase, stressing that any observed discrepancies are due to additional income sources outside the program’s framework.
He pointed out that the league will not disclose the financial figures related to allocations, in order to protect the interests of the clubs and enhance their negotiating power, noting at the same time that all clubs are fully aware of their approved budgets, and there is no truth to the existence of disparities in the support provided.
He indicated that the second phase of the program is based on clear and transparent criteria built according to an investment-oriented approach, with the league’s commitment to announce the ranking of clubs in these criteria at the end of each season, aiming to stimulate competitiveness and enhance transparency.
Regarding media outreach, Maghrabi revealed that the Saudi league has 45 broadcasting contracts worldwide, with a focus on diversifying ways to reach fans through modern means, including collaboration with digital platforms and content creators in several countries.
He confirmed that the recruitment program will continue until 2030, while the responsibility for contracting coaches and managing budgets remains with the clubs, within a framework that grants them greater independence in making their technical and administrative decisions.
On the future of some players, he explained that the continuation of Yannick Carrasco with Al Shabab depends on the club’s share of the program’s budget and its technical needs.
He added that the Saudi league has become an attractive destination for players at the peak of their careers, after previously being viewed as an option at the end of their journey, confirming that this reflects the success and development of the sports project.
Maghrabi also reviewed the recent achievements of the clubs, pointing to Al Ahli’s championship in the AFC Champions League, Al Nassr reaching the “Asia 2” final, and Al Shabab’s progression to the Gulf final, indicating a rise in the level of competitiveness.
He concluded his remarks by emphasizing that the market value of Saudi clubs has increased by more than 200%, noting that the strategic goal is to elevate the level of the league, strengthen the relationship with fans, and support the growth of clubs on both the sports and commercial levels.
