استنكر مجلس إدارة شركة نادي الهلال ما ورد في برنامج «المنصة» على قناة «ثمانية»، خلال حديث قائد النادي الأهلي سابقاً مع مقدم البرنامج تركي العجمة، مؤكداً أن ما طُرح تضمن «ادعاءات غير مسؤولة ومعلومات مغلوطة» بشأن تعاقدات النادي ومصادرها، فيما لم يسمِّ البيان الضيف أو مقدم البرنامج بالاسم، واكتفى بالإشارة إليهما بصفتي «أحد ضيوف برامجها» و«مقدم البرنامج».
وشدد الهلال على أن خطورة ما ورد تتضاعف في ظل كون صندوق الاستثمارات العامة لا يزال المالك الرسمي لشركة النادي بنسبة 100%، مؤكداً أن تعاقداته وإجراءاته المالية تخضع للأطر النظامية والحوكمة المعتمدة، ومتوعّداً باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه كل من يتجاوز أو يمس حقوق النادي وسمعته.
«ادعاءات مجهولة المصدر»
ووصف مجلس إدارة شركة الهلال ما ورد على لسان ضيف البرنامج بشأن تعاقدات النادي بأنها معلومات مغلوطة وادعاءات غير مسؤولة، مشيراً إلى أن طرحها باعتبار تعاقدات النادي «مجهولة المصدر» افتقر إلى الدقة والمهنية وتجاوز حدود النقد الرياضي.
وأكد أن النادي سبق أن أعلن عبر قنواته الإعلامية مصدر تعاقداته، معتبراً أن إطلاق مثل هذه الادعاءات دون تقديم معلومات أو أدلة تستند إليها لا يندرج في إطار النقد الرياضي المقبول.
الهلال يستغرب موقف المقدم
ولم يقتصر استنكار الهلال على حديث الضيف، إذ أبدى المجلس استغرابه من موقف مقدم البرنامج، الذي قال البيان إنه مرّر تلك الادعاءات دون مناقشتها أو مطالبة ضيفه بإثبات ما ذكره.
ورأى المجلس أن ذلك يتنافى مع المسؤولية المهنية المفترضة في التعامل مع ادعاءات تمس سمعة وذمة جهة اعتبارية.
صندوق الاستثمارات.. ملكية 100%
وأكد الهلال أن جميع تعاقداته وإجراءاته المالية تتم وفق الأطر النظامية والحوكمة المعتمدة، لافتاً إلى أن الحلقة بُثت في وقت لا يزال فيه صندوق الاستثمارات العامة المالك الرسمي لشركة نادي الهلال بنسبة 100%.
واعتبر المجلس أن هذه الحقيقة تضاعف خطورة الادعاءات المطروحة وما قد يترتب عليها من مسؤوليات نظامية وقانونية.
«ثمانية» تحت مسؤولية الناقل الرسمي
وأوضح المجلس أن صدور البيان جاء تحديداً لأن الادعاءات بُثت عبر «ثمانية»، الناقل الرسمي للبطولات السعودية، وهو ما يحمّلها -بحسب البيان- مسؤولية إعلامية ومهنية أكبر في تحري الدقة والتحقق من المعلومات، وعدم إتاحة منصاتها لتمرير معلومات غير موثوقة تمس النادي ورجالاته ومنسوبيه.
وأبدى الهلال ثقته بحرص إدارة «ثمانية» على الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية واتخاذ ما يلزم لمعالجة ما ورد في البرنامج وتصحيح المعلومات التي وصفها بالمغلوطة.
رصد وتوثيق.. والقانون يحفظ الحقوق
وكشف المجلس أن فرق العمل المختصة في شركة الهلال رصدت خلال الفترة الماضية عدداً من التجاوزات والإساءات والادعاءات المشابهة بحق النادي ومنسوبيه عبر منصات ووسائل إعلامية مختلفة.
وأكد أن عدم الرد عليها إعلامياً لا يعني تجاهلها، إذ يجري توثيقها والتعامل معها عبر القنوات القانونية والنظامية المختصة، مشدداً على احترام النادي للنقد وحرية الطرح الإعلامي، لكن ذلك لا يبرر -وفق البيان- نشر معلومات غير صحيحة أو مغرضة.
واختتم الهلال موقفه برسالة حازمة، مؤكداً مواصلة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه كل تجاوز يمس حقوق النادي أو سمعته.

The statement did not name the guest or the program host specifically, referring to them only as “one of the guests of its programs” and “the program host.”
Al-Hilal emphasized that the seriousness of what was mentioned is compounded by the fact that the Public Investment Fund remains the official owner of the club company at 100%, confirming that its contracts and financial procedures are subject to the established regulatory frameworks and governance, warning of taking necessary actions against anyone who exceeds or infringes upon the club’s rights and reputation.
“Allegations of Unknown Source”
The Board of Directors of Al-Hilal Company described the statements made by the program guest regarding the club’s contracts as misleading information and irresponsible allegations, pointing out that presenting them as “of unknown source” lacked accuracy and professionalism and exceeded the limits of acceptable sports criticism.
It confirmed that the club had previously announced through its media channels the source of its contracts, considering that making such allegations without providing information or evidence to support them does not fall within the framework of acceptable sports criticism.
Al-Hilal Expresses Surprise at the Host’s Position
Al-Hilal’s condemnation was not limited to the guest’s remarks; the council expressed its surprise at the program host’s position, which the statement indicated passed on those allegations without discussing them or asking the guest to substantiate what was mentioned.
The council viewed this as inconsistent with the professional responsibility expected when dealing with allegations that affect the reputation and integrity of a legal entity.
Public Investment Fund… 100% Ownership
Al-Hilal confirmed that all its contracts and financial procedures are conducted in accordance with the established regulatory frameworks and governance, noting that the episode was broadcast at a time when the Public Investment Fund was still the official owner of Al-Hilal Club Company at 100%.
The council considered this fact to amplify the seriousness of the allegations made and the potential legal and regulatory responsibilities that may arise from them.
“Thamanyah” is Responsible for the Official Broadcast
The council clarified that the issuance of the statement came specifically because the allegations were broadcast through “Thamanyah,” the official broadcaster of Saudi championships, which, according to the statement, places upon it a greater media and professional responsibility to ensure accuracy and verify information, and not to allow its platforms to transmit unreliable information that affects the club and its officials and members.
Al-Hilal expressed its confidence in the management of “Thamanyah” to adhere to professional standards and take necessary actions to address what was mentioned in the program and correct the information it described as misleading.
Monitoring and Documentation… The Law Protects Rights
The council revealed that the specialized working teams at Al-Hilal Company have monitored a number of violations, abuses, and similar allegations against the club and its members through various platforms and media outlets during the past period.
It confirmed that not responding to them publicly does not mean ignoring them, as they are being documented and addressed through the relevant legal and regulatory channels, emphasizing the club’s respect for criticism and freedom of media expression, but this does not justify, according to the statement, the dissemination of incorrect or malicious information.
Al-Hilal concluded its position with a firm message, affirming its commitment to continue taking necessary actions against any violations that affect the club’s rights or reputation.
