تفاقمت الأزمة الإدارية والفنية داخل البيت الشبابي على خلفية أزمة الرواتب التي يمر فيها فريق الشباب، إذ حاول الجهاز الفني بقيادة المدرب نور الدين بن زكري حلها مع الإدارة الشبابية في أكثر من مناسبة بناء على طلب اللاعبين، وذلك بحسب مصادر خاصة لـ «عكاظ» التي أكدت أن اللاعبين متذمرون من عدم استلامهم لرواتبهم لمدة ثلاثة أشهر كما سبق أن أعلنت «عكاظ»، وهي الأزمة التي خلقت مشاكل في الفريق، بالإضافة للمشاكل بين المهاجم عبدالرزاق حمدالله وكاراسكو والتي وصلت في فترات لحد القطيعة قبل دخول المدرب بن زكري بهدف تقريب وجهات النظر بين اللاعبين على تقاسم المهمات فيما يخص تنفيذ ركلات الجزاء والأخطاء القريبة من منطقة الجزاء قبل المشادة الكلامية الأخيرة في غرفة الملابس بعد الخسارة من التعاون بخماسية مقابل هدف والتي كان ينوي حمدالله تسديدها لرفع رصيده التهديفي ومواصلة المنافسة على لقب الهداف التاريخي لدوري روشن، إذ شدد بن زكري في أكثر من مناسبة على ضرورة التركيز واستغلال الفرص معاتباً عدداً من اللاعبين في مقدمتهم عبدالرزاق حمدالله وكاراسكو وعلي الأسمري على تراجع المستوى في المباريات.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن حمدالله ألقى اللوم كله في خسارة الفريق أمام القاسية والتعاون على كاراسكو وأنه المتسبب في كل المشاكل الخفية في الفريق، الأمر الذي تسبب في شجار كبير بين الاثنين في غرفة الملابس بحضور رئيس النادي ونائبه والجهاز الفني قبل أن يتدخل الجهاز الإداري والمدرب مطالبين اللاعبين باحترام المجموعة وعدم إثارة الفوضى وبضرورة تحمل أسباب الخسارة كمجموعة كاملة.
وختم المصدر بأن الجهاز الفني وعددا من اللاعبين مستائين من تكرار الشجار بين حمدالله وكاراسكو قبل أن تتدخل إدارة النادي وتحيل حمدالله للتدريب الانفرادي بعيداً عن المجموعة لنهاية الموسم الرياضي.
