تصاعد الجدل حول تصريحات الفنان المصري أحمد العوضي الأخيرة، بعدما انتقدت الإعلامية رضوى الشربيني اعتذاره عن حديثه الذي أثار تفاعلاً واسعاً عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، معتبرة أن ما صدر عنه لا يمكن اختزاله في مجرد سوء تعبير أو تشبيه مراحل من حياته بالسيارات.
انتقاد لتشبيه النساء بالسيارات
وعلقت رضوى الشربيني على اعتذاره عبر حسابها الرسمي على موقع «فيس بوك»، منتقدة ما وصفته بتشبيه النساء بالسيارات، واعتبرت أن الاعتذار لا يعالج ما تضمنته التصريحات من إساءة، بحسب وجهة نظرها.
وكتبت: «اعتذارك غير مقبول.. أنت لم تسئ التعبير بتشبيهك لياسمين عبدالعزيز نجمة الوطن العربي الأولى زي ما بتقول فقط، بل أنت أسأت بتعبيرك لنساء مصر والوطن العربي كله بتشبيهك الرديء إن الست زي العربية».
مطالبة باعتذار لنساء الوطن العربي
واختتمت رضوى الشربيني تعليقها بمطالبة أحمد العوضي بتوجيه اعتذار إلى النساء عموماً، قائلة: «فلما تعتذر.. اعتذر لكل ستات الوطن العربي».
وجاءت تصريحات رضوى في ظل استمرار التفاعل مع حديث أحمد العوضي، الذي حاول من خلال اعتذاره توضيح مقصده والتأكيد على عدم رغبته في الإساءة إلى أي شخص.

She wrote: “Your apology is unacceptable.. You did not just poorly express yourself by comparing Yasmin Abdel Aziz, the number one star in the Arab world, as you say, but you have also offended the women of Egypt and the entire Arab world with your poor comparison that a woman is like a car.”
Call for an Apology to Arab Women
Radwa El Sherbiny concluded her comment by demanding Ahmed El Awady to direct an apology to women in general, saying: “So when you apologize.. apologize to all the women of the Arab world.”
Radwa’s statements came amid ongoing reactions to Ahmed El Awady’s remarks, in which he attempted through his apology to clarify his intent and emphasize that he did not wish to offend anyone.
