يواجه الفنان المصري أحمد سعد واقعة جديدة، بعدما تقدم أحد مصممي الجرافيكس ببلاغ رسمي ضده، على خلفية خلاف مالي يتعلق بأعمال فنية وتقنية نفذها لصالحه خلال الفترة الماضية.
وبحسب ما جاء في البلاغ، طالب مصمم الجرافيكس بالحصول على 40 ألف دولار، قال إنها تمثل الجزء المتبقي من مستحقاته المالية عن أعمال نفذها لصالح أحمد سعد، مؤكداً أنه لم يتمكن من الحصول عليها رغم محاولاته المتكررة لتسوية الأمر بصورة ودية.
أعمال فيديو كليب وراء الخلاف
وأوضح مقدم البلاغ، وفقاً لأقواله، أن تعاونه مع أحمد سعد شمل عدداً من الفيديو كليبات التي صورها المطرب خلال الفترة الماضية في إحدى الدول الأوروبية، والتي تطلب تنفيذها الاستعانة بأعمال جرافيكس ومؤثرات بصرية.
وأشار إلى أن الاتفاق بينهما حدد قيمة تنفيذ هذه الأعمال بـ130 ألف دولار، حصل منها على 90 ألف دولار، بينما بقي مبلغ 40 ألف دولار دون سداد، رغم الانتهاء من الأعمال المتفق عليها.
محاولات للحصول على المستحقات
وبحسب رواية مصمم الجرافيكس، فإنه حاول خلال الفترة الماضية التواصل مع أحمد سعد للحصول على باقي مستحقاته، إلا أن تلك المحاولات لم تنتهِ إلى اتفاق، مع استمرار تأجيل سداد المبلغ المتبقي، ومع تعثر الوصول إلى حل ودي، قرر اللجوء إلى الإجراءات القانونية، وتحرير بلاغ رسمي للمطالبة بالمبلغ الذي يقول إنه مستحق له.
أحمد سعد يلتزم الصمت
في المقابل، لم يصدر أحمد سعد حتى الآن أي تعليق رسمي بشأن البلاغ أو الاتهامات الواردة فيه، كما لم يعلن مكتبه الإعلامي موقفاً من الواقعة أو يقدم توضيحاً حول حقيقة الخلاف المالي، وتبقى ما ورد في البلاغ من اتهامات قيد الإجراءات القانونية.
موقفه من الانفصال
وعلى جانب آخر، علق الفنان أحمد سعد على ما تردد أخيراً بشأن انفصاله عن مصممة الأزياء علياء بسيوني، دون أن يؤكد أو ينفي بشكل صريح صحة هذه الأنباء، مكتفياً بالإشارة إلى استمرار العلاقة بينهما بوصفها أم أبنائه.
كما وجه سعد وعبر حسابه الرسمي على «إنستغرام»، رسالة إلى علياء، مؤكداً أن مكانتها ستظل ثابتة في حياته، وكتب: «عليا حبيبتي وأم عيالي، وتفضل علاقتي بيها لحد لما أموت، وبعد ما أموت هتكون معايا في الجنة إن شاء الله».

According to the complaint, the graphic designer demanded $40,000, which he claimed represents the remaining amount of his financial dues for works he executed for Ahmed Saad, confirming that he has been unable to receive it despite his repeated attempts to settle the matter amicably.
Music Video Works Behind the Dispute
The complainant explained, according to his statements, that his collaboration with Ahmed Saad included several music videos that the singer filmed recently in one of the European countries, which required the use of graphic works and visual effects.
He pointed out that the agreement between them set the value of executing these works at $130,000, from which he received $90,000, while the amount of $40,000 remained unpaid, despite the completion of the agreed-upon works.
Attempts to Obtain Dues
According to the graphic designer’s account, he attempted in the past period to communicate with Ahmed Saad to obtain the rest of his dues, but those attempts did not lead to an agreement, with the continued postponement of the payment of the remaining amount. As reaching an amicable solution faltered, he decided to resort to legal procedures and file an official complaint to claim the amount he says is owed to him.
Ahmed Saad Remains Silent
In contrast, Ahmed Saad has not yet issued any official comment regarding the complaint or the accusations contained within it, nor has his media office announced a position on the incident or provided clarification regarding the truth of the financial dispute. The accusations mentioned in the complaint remain subject to legal proceedings.
His Stance on Separation
On another note, artist Ahmed Saad commented on the recent rumors about his separation from fashion designer Alia Basyuni, without explicitly confirming or denying the validity of this news, merely indicating that their relationship continues as she is the mother of his children.
Saad also sent a message to Alia through his official account on Instagram, affirming that her status will remain constant in his life, writing: “Alia, my love and the mother of my children, and my relationship with her will continue until I die, and after I die, she will be with me in paradise, God willing.”
