كشفت الفنانة المصرية رحمة أحمد تعرضها لواقعة تحرش بشعة على يد منتج فني أثرت عليها بشكل كبير.
تحرش من مسن
وذكرت رحمة أحمد في منشور لها على موقع «فيسبوك»، في إشارة إلى واقعة تصوير سيدة مسؤولاً تعليمياً أثناء طلبه رشوة جنسية: «إزاي مستغربين الست اللي استدرجت راجل في مدرسة في الكلام علشان تثبت اللي بتتعرضله؟ انتوا عارفين كام واحده راح حقها بسبب الكلام ده؟».
كما كشفت تعرضها لواقعة تحرش قبل عامين على يد منتج أحد أعمالها، واصفة إياه بأنه «رجل كبير في السن»، دون الإشارة إلى اسمه أو هويته.
أجر ضعيف
وأضافت رحمة: «كنت أشارك في أحد الأعمال الفنية بأجر ضعيف، بينما كانت الشخصية التي أجسدها تحتاج إلى ملابس خاصة لا تتناسب مع قيمة الأجر الذي حصلت عليه، ما دفعني للمطالبة بزيادة مالية أو توفير الملابس من جهة الإنتاج»، مشيرة إلى أن فريق العمل اقترح عليها التواصل مباشرة مع المنتج الفني الذي وصفته في البداية بأنه كان متفهماً وودوداً للغاية، حيث استقبل شكواها باهتمام وأبلغها بالحضور إلى مكتبه لإنهاء الإجراءات.
عقد احتكار
وتابعت رحمة أحمد: «طلبت منه أن يقوم بتحويل المبلغ المالي إلى حسابي في البنك، لكنه رفض بحجة تغيير العقد كلياً وضرورة حضوري للتوقيع عليه».
وأضافت: «عندما توجهت إلى مكتب المنتج عرض علي نسخة جديدة من العقد حسب الاتفاق بالفعل، إلا أنه جهز معه عقداً آخر للاحتكار لمدة 10 سنوات بميزات ومرتب شهري مغرٍ لأي ممثل، وقال لي انتي شاطره وموهوبه ومشروع نجمة وشكلك حلو، إلا أنني رفضت العرض لعدم ارتياحي لبنود العقد».
تصرفات مرعبة وإجبار على الرقص
وأكدت الفنانة الشابة أن طريقة المنتج معها لم توح بأي شيء غريب أو مريب، بل على العكس كان دائم الاتصال بها للنصيحة أو المساعدة، حتى طلبت منه دفعة جديدة من أجرها لشراء ملابس الشخصية، فرفض مجدداً تحويلها إلكترونياً بحجج مختلفة، وطلب منها الحضور شخصياً لاستلامها.
وقالت رحمة: «عند وصولي إلى المكتب فوجئت بتصرفاته الغريبة المرعبة، إذ حاول إجباري على الرقص، وقام بملامستي بشكل غير لائق»، مشيرة إلى أن جميع الظروف كانت ضدها، وذلك بعدما خرج آخر عامل وأغلق الباب، والمكان لا توجد به كاميرات، ولا يوجد من تستنجد به.
كما أوضحت أنها انهارت في البكاء وظلت تصرخ طالبة منه أن يتركها، مؤكدة أنه خشي أن يفضح بسبب صوتها العالي فتركها تخرج من المكتب.
لا دليل مادياً
وأشارت إلى أنها لم تستطع أن تتقدم بشكوى ضد المنتج أو تبلغ السلطات نظراً إلى عدم وجود دليل مادي على الواقعة.

The Egyptian artist Rahma Ahmed revealed that she was subjected to a horrific harassment incident by a production manager, which greatly affected her.
Harassment by an Elderly Man
Rahma Ahmed mentioned in a post on her Facebook page, referring to the incident of a woman filming an educational official while he was soliciting sexual bribes: “How are you surprised by the woman who lured a man in a school to prove what she is being subjected to? Do you know how many women have lost their rights because of this?”
She also revealed that she experienced harassment two years ago at the hands of a producer of one of her works, describing him as “an elderly man,” without mentioning his name or identity.
Low Pay
Rahma added: “I was participating in one of the artistic works for a low fee, while the character I was portraying required special clothing that did not match the value of the fee I received, which led me to demand a financial increase or for the production team to provide the clothes.” She indicated that the crew suggested she contact the producer directly, whom she initially described as very understanding and friendly, as he received her complaint with interest and told her to come to his office to finalize the procedures.
Exclusive Contract
Rahma Ahmed continued: “I asked him to transfer the amount of money to my bank account, but he refused on the grounds of completely changing the contract and the necessity of my presence to sign it.”
She added: “When I went to the producer’s office, he offered me a new version of the contract as per the agreement, but he also prepared another contract for exclusivity for 10 years with features and a tempting monthly salary for any actor. He told me that I was talented and a star in the making, and that I looked good, but I refused the offer due to my discomfort with the terms of the contract.”
Scary Behavior and Coercion to Dance
The young artist confirmed that the producer’s behavior towards her did not suggest anything strange or suspicious; on the contrary, he was always in contact with her for advice or help. However, when she asked him for a new payment from her fee to buy clothes for her character, he again refused to transfer it electronically for various reasons and asked her to come in person to collect it.
Rahma said: “When I arrived at the office, I was shocked by his strange and terrifying behavior, as he tried to force me to dance and touched me inappropriately,” noting that all circumstances were against her, especially after the last worker left and closed the door, and there were no cameras in the place, nor anyone to call for help.
She also explained that she broke down in tears and kept screaming, asking him to let her go, confirming that he was afraid of being exposed because of her loud voice, so he let her leave the office.
No Material Evidence
She indicated that she could not file a complaint against the producer or report the authorities due to the lack of material evidence of the incident.
Like the Moon
Rahma Ahmed is a young Egyptian artist who has participated in several distinguished works over the past years, including the series “Maftraq Turuq,” “Like the Moon,” “Qasr Al-Nil,” “Leh La,” and the films “Turb Al-Mas,” and “Banat Al-Basha.”
