قرارات «المواليد» تربك الأندية – أخبار السعودية

أشعلت التعديلات الجديدة على اللائحة التنظيمية للدوري السعودي للمحترفين للموسم 2026-2027 جدلاً واسعاً في الأوساط الرياضية، بعدما فرضت شروطاً جديدة على قوائم اللاعبين، لتضع الأندية أمام واقع مختلف في مرحلة حسّاسة تسبق انطلاقة المنافسات.

وتضمّنت التعديلات المستحدثة في المادة «13.13.1» من اللائحة آلية جديدة لتسجيل اللاعبين في القائمة الإضافية للفئات الشابة، بحيث تضم القائمة لاعبين من فئة واحدة فقط، سواء كانوا سعوديين، أو من مواليد المملكة، أو أجانب، مع قصر الاستفادة في بعض الحالات على اللاعبين السعوديين أو مواليد المملكة، وهو ما يعني عملياً عدم إمكانية إشراك اللاعبين الأجانب المسجلين في دوري تحت 21 عاماً أو دوري تحت 18 عاماً بالطريقة التي كانت متاحة خلال الموسم الماضي.

وتحمل هذه التغييرات تأثيراً مباشراً على طريقة تعامل الأندية مع اللاعبين الشباب، خصوصاً بعد أن كانت بعض الفرق تعتمد خلال الموسم الماضي على إمكانية الاستفادة من لاعبين أجانب ضمن قوائم الفئات السنّية، قبل أن تأتي التعديلات الجديدة لتعيد ترتيب الخيارات الفنية المتاحة أمام الأجهزة التدريبية.

وتأتي هذه المستجدات في توقيت حسّاس، حيث وصلت الأندية إلى المراحل الأخيرة من برامج إعدادها ومعسكراتها الخارجية، بعد أن بنت الأجهزة الفنية جانباً من خططها وتكتيكاتها وفق القوائم المتاحة سابقاً، ما يفرض تحدياً إضافياً أمام المدربين لإعادة ضبط خياراتهم قبل بداية الموسم.

من جهته، وصف المدرب الوطني بندر الجعيثن، في تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ»، القرارات الأخيرة المتعلقة بتنظيم مشاركة «اللاعبين المواليد» بأنها غير متوقعة، مؤكداً أنها جاءت في توقيت حرج قبل أقل من أسبوعين على انطلاقة منافسات الدوري.

وأوضح أن الأندية تعيش حالياً المراحل الأخيرة من معسكراتها وبرامج إعدادها الخارجية، في وقت يعتمد فيه العديد من المدربين، ضمن خياراتهم وتكتيكاتهم الفنية، بشكل أساسي على عناصر من فئة المواليد. وأضاف أن إجراء هذه التعديلات بصورة مفاجئة في هذا التوقيت من شأنه إرباك منظومة العمل الفني، والتأثير على الجهود التي بذلتها الأجهزة الفنية طوال فترة التحضير للموسم.

وحول القيمة الفنية للاستفادة من هذه الفئة، تساءل الجعيثن عن أسباب تحجيم مشاركتهم، قائلاً: «لماذا لا يتم استثمار اللاعبين المواليد بشكل أكبر؟ إنهم يشكّلون دعامة قوية للفرق، ويسهمون في إثراء البدائل الفنية وتخفيف الأعباء المالية، بل إن مستويات بعضهم تضاهي أداء اللاعبين المحترفين الأجانب، وقدّموا مستويات لافتة مع أندية كبيرة خلال المواسم الماضية».

وأشار إلى أن حرمان لاعبي المواليد من فرصة المشاركة بحجة منح مساحة أكبر للاعب السعودي يُعد، من وجهة نظره، «نوعاً من الإجحاف»، لكون لاعب المواليد قريباً جداً من البيئة والهوية الفنية، ويؤدي أدواراً تخدم المصلحة ذاتها.

واختتم الجعيثن تصريحه بدعوة إدارات الأندية إلى اتخاذ موقف موحد، والوقوف بجدية لمراجعة هذه اللوائح مع الجهات المعنية، مؤكداً أن منح لاعبي المواليد المساحة التي يستحقونها سينعكس إيجاباً على المستوى الفني والحدة التنافسية للدوري ككل، وهو ما أثبتته التجارب الميدانية في المواسم السابقة.

The new amendments to the regulatory list of the Saudi Professional League for the 2026-2027 season have sparked widespread controversy in sports circles, as they impose new conditions on player rosters, placing clubs in a different reality during a sensitive phase preceding the start of competitions.

The recent amendments included a new mechanism for registering players in the additional roster for youth categories in Article “13.13.1” of the regulations, whereby the roster includes players from only one category, whether they are Saudi, born in the Kingdom, or foreign, with the benefit in some cases limited to Saudi players or those born in the Kingdom. This practically means that it will not be possible to include foreign players registered in the Under-21 or Under-18 leagues in the same way that was available during the last season.

These changes have a direct impact on how clubs deal with young players, especially after some teams relied during the last season on the possibility of benefiting from foreign players within youth category rosters, before the new amendments rearranged the technical options available to coaching staff.

These developments come at a sensitive time, as clubs have reached the final stages of their preparation programs and external camps, after coaching staff built part of their plans and tactics based on the previously available rosters, which imposes an additional challenge on coaches to readjust their options before the season begins.

For his part, national coach Bandar Al-Jaithen described, in a special statement to “Okaz”, the recent decisions regarding the organization of the participation of “born players” as unexpected, confirming that they came at a critical time less than two weeks before the start of the league competitions.

He explained that clubs are currently in the final stages of their camps and external preparation programs, at a time when many coaches rely, as part of their options and technical tactics, primarily on elements from the born category. He added that making these amendments suddenly at this timing could disrupt the technical work system and affect the efforts made by coaching staff throughout the preparation period for the season.

Regarding the technical value of benefiting from this category, Al-Jaithen questioned the reasons for limiting their participation, saying: “Why not invest more in born players? They form a strong support for teams, contribute to enriching technical alternatives, and alleviate financial burdens. In fact, some of their levels rival those of foreign professional players, and they have shown remarkable performances with major clubs in previous seasons.”

He pointed out that depriving born players of the opportunity to participate under the pretext of giving more space to Saudi players is, in his view, “a form of injustice,” as born players are very close to the environment and artistic identity, and they perform roles that serve the same interest.

Al-Jaithen concluded his statement by calling on club administrations to take a unified stance and seriously review these regulations with the relevant authorities, emphasizing that granting born players the space they deserve will positively reflect on the technical level and competitive intensity of the league as a whole, which has been proven by field experiences in previous seasons.
