كشفت الفنانة شهيرة عن جوانب مؤثرة من حياتها الشخصية بعد رحيل زوجها الفنان محمود ياسين، كما استعادت تفاصيل من الساعات الأخيرة في حياة الفنان أحمد زكي، وحسمت الجدل الذي أثير سابقًا بشأن حقيقة منع الفنانة نجلاء فتحي من حضور عزاء زوجها الراحل.
وخلال ظهورها في برنامج (Mirror)، تحدثت شهيرة عن شعورها المتزايد بالوحدة منذ وفاة محمود ياسين، مؤكدة أن هذا الإحساس أصبح أكثر حضورًا خلال الفترة الأخيرة، خصوصًا في ساعات الليل، حين تستعيد ذكرياتها معه داخل المنزل الذي لا تزال تشعر بوجوده فيه رغم مرور السنوات على رحيله.
وأوضحت أنها ترفض فكرة الانتقال إلى دار رعاية كبار الفنانين التي أنشأتها نقابة المهن التمثيلية، مشيرة إلى أنها تحظى بدعم واهتمام أبنائها وأحفادها، ولا ترغب في مغادرة منزلها أو الابتعاد عن أسرتها.
وكشفت شهيرة أيضاً عن رؤيا رأت فيها أحمد زكي بعد وفاته، ظهر خلالها وهو يشكو من ألم في ذراعه، مشيرة إلى أنها ربطت الرؤيا بحالة هيثم، وحرصت على الاطمئنان عليه بعدما علمت أنه كان يمر بظروف صعبة. كما استعادت تفاصيل يوم وفاة أحمد زكي، مؤكدة أنها حرصت على إلقاء نظرة الوداع الأخيرة عليه داخل المستشفى، حيث فوجئت بوجود نجله هيثم إلى جوار جثمانه. وأضافت أنها لقنته الشهادتين وتحدثت إليه بكلمات رأت أنها تمنحه الطمأنينة، كما وضعت مصحفًا صغيرًا على جثمانه أثناء وداعه. وأكدت أنها كانت تحرص دائمًا على الاطمئنان على ابنه هيثم وزيارته ومساندته قدر الإمكان.
وفي سياق آخر، ردت شهيرة على الشائعات التي تحدثت عن منع الفنانة نجلاء فتحي من حضور عزاء محمود ياسين، مؤكدة أن ما أثير في هذا الشأن غير صحيح، وأن نجلاء تُعد من أقرب أصدقاء الأسرة. وأوضحت أنها تواصلت معها، آنذاك، ونصحتها بعدم الحضور بسبب ظروفها الصحية وحساسيتها من الإصابة بالأمراض خلال فترة انتشار فايروس كورونا، مشددة على أن القرار كان بدافع الحرص على سلامتها وليس منعها من المشاركة في تقديم واجب العزاء.
وأكدت شهيرة أن العلاقة التي تجمعها بنجلاء فتحي وأسرتها علاقة وطيدة وممتدة منذ سنوات طويلة، نافية بشكل قاطع كل ما أثير بشأن وجود خلافات أو مواقف سلبية بينهما، ومشيرة إلى أن ما تم تداوله لا يعكس حقيقة ما جرى.

During her appearance on the program (Mirror), Shahira spoke about her increasing feelings of loneliness since Mahmoud Yassin’s death, confirming that this feeling has become more pronounced recently, especially during the night hours when she recalls her memories with him inside the home where she still feels his presence despite the years that have passed since his departure.
She explained that she rejects the idea of moving to the retirement home for senior artists established by the Actors’ Syndicate, noting that she receives support and attention from her children and grandchildren, and she does not wish to leave her home or be away from her family.
Shahira also revealed a vision in which she saw Ahmed Zaki after his death, during which he appeared to be complaining of pain in his arm. She indicated that she connected the vision to Haitham’s condition and made sure to check on him after learning that he was going through difficult circumstances. She also recalled the details of Ahmed Zaki’s death, confirming that she made sure to take a last farewell look at him inside the hospital, where she was surprised to find his son Haitham next to his body. She added that she recited the two testimonies of faith to him and spoke to him with words she felt would bring him comfort, and she placed a small Quran on his body during the farewell. She confirmed that she always made it a point to check on her son Haitham, visit him, and support him as much as possible.
In another context, Shahira responded to the rumors that claimed Najlaa Fathi was prevented from attending Mahmoud Yassin’s funeral, confirming that what was raised in this regard is not true, and that Najlaa is considered one of the closest friends of the family. She explained that she contacted her at that time and advised her not to attend due to her health conditions and sensitivity to contracting illnesses during the spread of the coronavirus, emphasizing that the decision was made out of concern for her safety and not to prevent her from participating in offering condolences.
Shahira confirmed that the relationship between her and Najlaa Fathi and her family is a strong and long-standing one, firmly denying all that has been raised regarding any disputes or negative positions between them, and indicating that what has been circulated does not reflect the truth of what happened.
