أكد مدير المنتخب اليمني الأول لكرة القدم عبدالرحمن الأنسي أن الإنجاز التاريخي الذي حققه «الأحمر اليماني» بخطف بطاقة التأهل إلى نهائيات كأس آسيا 2027، المقرر إقامتها في المملكة العربية السعودية، لم يكن وليد الصدفة، بل جاء ثمرة استراتيجية وطنية متكاملة وجهود مضنية بُذلت على المستويات كافة، لتزف الفرحة والبهجة إلى قلوب 40 مليون يمني.
ورفع الأنسي في تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ» أسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات للجماهير اليمنية، قائلاً: «هذا الفوز والإنجاز الاستثنائي نهديه لحاضنتنا الأولى؛ للشعب اليمني العظيم الذي ساندنا بكل جوارحه، وكنا عاقدي العزم على ألا نخذله، وأن نزرع الابتسامة في كل بيت يمني بعد طول انتظار».
منظومة دؤوبة وتجاوز للتحديات
وأوضح الأنسي أن الصعود الآسيوي نتاج تخطيط فني دقيق قاده بكفاءة مدرب المنتخب الكابتن نور الدين ولد علي، مشيداً بالدور الريادي لقيادة الاتحاد العام لكرة القدم، برئاسة الشيخ أحمد صالح العيسي، والأمين العام حسام السنباني، ومجلس الإدارة؛ نظير تذليلهم الصعاب ومنح المنتخب رعاية استثنائية واهتماماً كبيراً منذ بطولة كأس الخليج (خليجي 26) في الكويت وحتى اللحظة.
صدمة «جزر القمر» وقود للعودة
وعن كواليس المشوار، لم يُخفِ الأنسي مرارة الخسارة السابقة أمام جزر القمر التي أحزنت الشارع الرياضي اليمني بعد أن كان المنتخب متقدماً، مؤكداً لـ«عكاظ»: «تلك الخسارة شكلت وقوداً حقيقياً ومحفزاً للاعبين لترتيب الصفوف وتدارك الأخطاء بسرعة، والحمد لله توجنا هذا الإصرار بالفوز اليوم وتحقيق التأهل المستحق».
طموحات «الحصان الأسود» في الملاعب السعودية
وفي رسالة مفعمة بالثقة، توعد الأنسي بأن الحضور اليمني في المحفل القاري القادم على الملاعب السعودية لن يكون شرفياً: «لن نذهب إلى المملكة في عام 2027 لمجرد المشاركة، بل نعد الجميع بأن المنتخب اليمني سيكون (الحصان الأسود) في البطولة، وسننافس بكل قوة لتقديم صورة تليق بطموحات جماهيرنا».
واختتم مدير المنتخب اليمني تصريحه لـ«عكاظ» بالتأكيد على أن كرة القدم اليمنية تخطو خطوات وثابة نحو التطور والنهوض، مستندة إلى رؤية واضحة ودعم مستمر من الاتحاد العام لكرة القدم للارتقاء بالمنظومة الكروية.
وكان المنتخب اليمني قد حسم عبوره الرسمي إلى النهائيات القارية بعد فوزه الثمين والمستحق على نظيره اللبناني بنتيجة (2-0) في المواجهة التي احتضنتها العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، ليتصدر «الأحمر اليمني» ترتيب المجموعة الثانية برصيد 14 نقطة، جامعاً بين الأداء والنتيجة والصدارة والبطاقة الآسيوية.

Al-Ansi explained that the Asian ascent is the result of precise technical planning led efficiently by the team’s coach, Captain Nour El-Din Ould Ali, praising the pioneering role of the leadership of the Yemen Football Association, headed by Sheikh Ahmed Saleh Al-Issi, and Secretary-General Hossam Al-Sanbani, and the board of directors; for overcoming difficulties and providing exceptional care and great attention to the team since the Gulf Cup (Gulf 26) in Kuwait up to this moment.
The “Comoros” Shock as Fuel for Return
Regarding the behind-the-scenes of the journey, Al-Ansi did not hide the bitterness of the previous loss against Comoros, which saddened the Yemeni sports community after the team was leading, confirming to “Okaz”: “That loss was a real fuel and motivation for the players to regroup and quickly rectify mistakes, and thank God we crowned this determination with victory today and achieved the deserved qualification.”
The Ambitions of the “Dark Horse” in Saudi Stadiums
In a message filled with confidence, Al-Ansi vowed that the Yemeni presence in the upcoming continental event on Saudi soil would not be merely ceremonial: “We will not go to the Kingdom in 2027 just to participate, but we promise everyone that the Yemeni team will be the (dark horse) in the tournament, and we will compete vigorously to present a picture that befits the ambitions of our fans.”
Al-Ansi concluded his statement to “Okaz” by emphasizing that Yemeni football is making significant strides towards development and advancement, supported by a clear vision and continuous support from the Yemen Football Association to elevate the football system.
The Yemeni team had officially secured its passage to the continental finals after its precious and deserved victory over its Lebanese counterpart with a score of (2-0) in the match held in the Qatari capital, Doha, to top the “Yemeni Red” in Group B with 14 points, combining performance, results, leadership, and the Asian ticket.
