يواجه الفنان أحمد عز تطورًا قضائيًا جديدًا في سلسلة النزاعات الأسرية الممتدة بينه وبين الفنانة زينة، بعد تحديد جلسة 20 سبتمبر للنظر في دعوى حبس تُطالبه بسداد مستحقات مالية متأخرة تبلغ 180 ألف جنيه، تمثِّل أجر خادمة توأمه عن عشرة أشهر؛ وفق ما ورد في أوراق الدعوى.
وتأتي هذه القضية امتدادًا لملفات مالية سابقة نظرتها محكمة الأسرة، كان آخرها انقضاء دعوى حبس بعد قيام عز بسداد 570 ألف جنيه قيمة متجمد أجر خادمة زينة، ما أدى إلى إنهاء الدعوى عقب دفع المبلغ المطلوب. كما شهدت المحاكم خلال الفترة الماضية أحكامًا أخرى مرتبطة بنفقات التوأم، إذ قبلت محكمة مستأنف أسرة مدينة نصر الاستئناف المقدم من عز على حكم سابق ألزمَه بسداد 80 ألف جنيه نفقة شهرية، ليتم تخفيضها إلى 60 ألف جنيه.
وفي ملف منفصل، ألزمت محكمة الأسرة عز بسداد 23 ألفًا و304 جنيهات إسترلينية، ما يعادل نحو مليون جنيه، قيمة المصروفات الدراسية للتوأم عن عامي 2022 و2023.
وكانت زينة قد طالبت في دعوى رسمية بإلزام أحمد عز بتحمُّل المصروفات الدراسية الخاصة بطفليهما، وقدّم دفاعها خلال نظر القضية بيانات حول أجور الفنان في أعماله الفنية والإعلانات، من بينها فيلم (الممر) ومسلسل (أبو عمر المصري).
وتأتي الدعوى الجديدة لتضيف فصلًا آخر إلى النزاع القضائي المستمر بين الطرفين، الذي يتناول النفقات والرعاية والمسؤوليات المالية المتعلقة بالتوأم عز الدين وزين الدين.
Artist Ahmed Ezz faces a new judicial development in the ongoing family disputes between him and actress Zina, following the scheduling of a session on September 20 to consider a detention lawsuit demanding he pay overdue financial dues amounting to 180,000 Egyptian pounds, which represents the salary of the twins’ nanny for ten months; according to what was stated in the lawsuit documents.
This case comes as an extension of previous financial files that were reviewed by the Family Court, the latest of which was the dismissal of a detention lawsuit after Ezz paid 570,000 Egyptian pounds, the amount owed for Zina’s nanny’s salary, which led to the termination of the lawsuit after the required amount was paid. The courts have also witnessed other rulings related to the twins’ expenses during the past period, as the Nasr City Family Court accepted Ezz’s appeal against a previous ruling that obligated him to pay 80,000 Egyptian pounds in monthly alimony, which was reduced to 60,000 Egyptian pounds.
In a separate file, the Family Court ordered Ezz to pay 23,304 British pounds, equivalent to about one million Egyptian pounds, for the twins’ school expenses for the years 2022 and 2023.
Zina had formally requested in a lawsuit that Ahmed Ezz bear the school expenses for their children, and her defense presented during the case details about the artist’s earnings from his artistic works and advertisements, including the film (The Passage) and the series (Abu Omar Al-Masri).
The new lawsuit adds another chapter to the ongoing legal dispute between the two parties, which addresses expenses, care, and financial responsibilities related to the twins, Ezz El-Din and Zain El-Din.
