إيقاع مشترك
وأوضح السيد في منشور عبر حسابه الشخصي على «فيسبوك» بأن الأغنيتين تستندان إلى إيقاع معروف ومتداول في الموسيقى المصرية منذ سنوات طويلة، وهو ما يمنح المستمع إحساسًا بالتقارب بينهما، دون أن يعني ذلك وجود نقل مباشر أو تشابه في الألحان.
هوية مستقلة
وأشار إلى أن لكل أغنية شخصيتها الخاصة من حيث التوزيع والهوية السمعية والصياغة الموسيقية، لافتًا إلى أن الاعتماد على الإيقاع نفسه لا يلغي اختلاف الرؤية الفنية التي تميز كل عمل عن الآخر، مؤكداً بأن الإيقاعات الموسيقية لا تندرج ضمن العناصر التي يمكن نسب ملكيتها لعمل بعينه، لذلك فإن تشابهها بين الأغنيات لا يعد دليلاً على الاقتباس أو النقل بل يعد من الممارسات الشائعة في صناعة الموسيقى.

وأشاد الناقد الموسيقي بألبوم «القمر» لرامي صبري، مؤكدًا أنه يضم مجموعة متنوعة من الأغنيات التي نجحت في جذب اهتمام الجمهور منذ طرحها.
